MPC technique can be applied after the previous three techniques were done. Through fast therapy, you can regulate your emotions and state the mind in a calm and neutral condition. Through breathing techniques, the feeling becomes calmer and the mind becomes fresher because breathing regulation can overcome angry or anxious conditions. With meditation, it is hoped that it can create relaxation, which can release fatigue and the burden of the mind.
