The Master of Science and Doctoral Program of FEB UGM officially graduated 24 Master’s and Doctoral students on October 23, 2024. The October 2024 Graduation Celebration, held in the BRI Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Master of Science and Doctoral Building of FEB UGM, the atmosphere was filled with gratitude and joy. The event began with a report from Prof. Dr. Catur Sugiyanto, MA, Chair of the Doctoral Program in Economics FEB UGM, representing the program administration, followed by remarks from Gumilang Aryo Sahadewo, S.E., M.A., Ph.D., Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. The moments was filled with heartfelt congratulations and pride for the graduates.
The award for the best graduate in the master’s program was given to Stella Marissa Permata Fajar, who held the highest GPA of 3.95. As an alumnus of the Master’s Program in Accounting, she graduated with cum laude honors. She expressed her deep gratitude to the deans, program administrators, and faculty advisors for the knowledge and invaluable experiences gained. Heartfelt thanks were also extended to the educational staff for their exceptional support, making her learning experience both fulfilling and memorable.
At the end of the event, each graduate received their transcript directly from their respective program heads. Before the celebration officially concluded, all graduates, leaders, and administrators gathered for a group photo, marking a warm and memorable moment. The entire series of events proceeded in an orderly manner, filled with gratitude, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
