The Master of Science and Doctoral Program (MD) FEB UGM has successfully held a Thanksgiving event and a book launch in commemoration of the 42nd Anniversary of MD FEB UGM on September 30th, 2022. The event was held at the MD FEB UGM Program Building. The celebration of MD’s 42-years-old birthday on September 29th, 2022 brought together the Dean, lecturers, education staff, and students. The event, which started at 01.00 p.m., began with the opening and a report from the management representative. The event continued with remarks from the Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M. Comm., Ak., CA.
On this auspicious occasion, the MD FEB UGM Program also gave Student Awards to six outstanding students, whose representatives of each study program. The next core event was the launch of MD FEB UGM’s 7th book, entitled “Business and Economic Research Agenda for the Latest Topics of Renewable Technology.” The book was written by FEB UGM Lecturers and Doctoral Program students totaling 13 people, with Prof. Jogiyanto Hartono M., M.B.A., Ph.D. as editor.
The next event was cutting off the tumpeng, which became a philosophical part of MD’s birthday celebration. The tumpeng cut by the Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M.Comm., Ak., CA., and then given symbolically to Mrs. Heny Wahyuni, M.Ec.Dev., Ph.D. There is a lot of hope for this MD Anniversary event. Hopefully, MD FEB UGM will be superior and successful in the educational process and produce a proud next generation. The event ended with a group photo session. (Y)
