Student Association of Master of Accounting Program (Hima Maksi) and Communication Forum of the Master of Science Program Student (Forkomsi), Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada held a meeting in order to conduct a sharing session management work program.

University of Economics in Bratislava along with Local Steering Committees namely the Master of Science and Doctoral Programs, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (MD FEB UGM) and Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) representing The Erasmus+ Consortium Research Performance at South East Asian Universities (REPESEA) held a REPESEA Final Project Conference.
Yogyakarta – Tuesday, September 3, 2019, Master of Science and Doctorate Program of FEB UGM in collaboration with MARA University of Technology, Malaysia held “Collaborative Discussion among Students of UiTM and MD FEB UGM”. This event was held in the Lippo Room, MD FEB UGM Building. Participants from the MD FEB UGM were 12 doctoral students and from UiTM, there were 12 students and one of the UiTM lecturer as a coordinator. The purpose of this event is to share research and academic environment of each institution. Prof. Catur Sugiyanto as Chair of the Doctorate Program in Economics, opened this event. It was continued by Dr. Nabila to introduce every participant of UiTM.
Monday, 5 August 2019, in order to increase participation and dissemination of information related to the Final Project Conference activities of Research Performance in South East Asia (REPESEA) project, the Master of Science and Doctorate Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MD FEB UGM) held a road show of REPESEA dissemination on a number of campuses in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Road show activities begin on July 31 until August 7, 2019.
The REPESEA project itself is a form of collaboration between universities in Asia and Europe, where each activity is supported by the European Union through the Erasmus Capacity Building in Higher Education (CHBE) scheme. This collaboration has been going on for three years since October 2016 and will end in October 2019. Five host universities consisting of two universities from Slovakia, one from Poland, France and the United Kingdom and six partner universities from Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand are very committed to this project. The REPESEA project focuses on improving research performance in Asia.
There are at least 3 (three) dissemination activities carried out by the MD FEB UGM team in Makassar. First, make a campus visit. In this case, MD FEB UGM visited three other campuses in Makassar in addition to Universitas Hasanuddin which was the host for the peak dissemination activity. The three campuses visited were STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic University (FEBI UIN) Alauddin Makassar, and STIE Nobel Indonesia. The MD FEB UGM Team itself was represented by Muhammad Afif Sallatu, M.Sc. and Tri Widiyanto, S.E.
Second, conducting a seminar at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Hasanuddin, which contains a general introduction of REPESEA and is complemented by two main discussions, namely: the System for Assessing Impacts and Quality of Research (SAIQoR) and the Final Project Conference, which are part of the output of REPESEA itself. Three speakers giving presentations related to REPESEA and SAIQoR, namely: Prof. Dr. Catur Sugiyanto, M.A., Nurul Indarti, Sivilokonom, Cand. Merc., Ph.D., and Rr Tur Nastiti, M.Sc, Ph.D., who are senior lecturers at FEB UGM, Yogyakarta. Third, hold a meeting of MD FEB UGM alumni at one of the restaurants in Makassar which is also intended to invite alumni to attend the Final Project Conference which will be held on 3-5 September 2019 at MD FEB UGM, Yogyakarta.
Through this REPESEA dissemination activity in Makassar, MD FEB UGM hopes to expand the area of dissemination of research capacity building activities in Eastern Indonesia. In addition, academics and researchers from Makassar are also expected to participate in the Final Project Conference agenda which will be held on 3-5 September 2019 at MD FEB UGM, Yogyakarta. Further collaborations are also expected to be created in relation to developing the capacity of researchers and research activities between MD FEB UGM and the academic community and researchers in Makassar.

R. Heru Kristanto HC., SE., MS officially holds the 4512th doctorate at Gadjah Mada University, and the 27th in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada with the dissertation title “The Effect of Cash Magnitude, Optimal Cash, and Optimal Speed of Cash Adjustment on Firm Value, with Moderating Governance Company, Investment and Debt: Empirical Study on Companies in Indonesia”.
This week becomes a memorable time for the learners who joined the Research Performance at South East Asian (REPESEA). REPESEA Summer School 2019 held in Malaysia Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) campus Bandaraya, Melaka on 29 July to 2 August 2019 with a host of UiTM and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

Jurica Lucyanda, SE., M.Sc., Accounting Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, Bakrie University Jakarta, officially holds a doctorate with a very satisfying predicate after the Chair of the Examination Team read the test results with a dissertation entitled “The Role of Individual Regulatory Focus and Codes Ethics in Making Ethical Decisions for Budget Loosening “. Dr. Jurica Lucyanda, M.Sc. recorded as the 4493rd doctorate at Gadjah Mada University, and the 272nd at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University.
