Vitradesie Noekent, S.E., M.M., a Lecturer in Administration Management at Semarang State University, officially holds a doctorate with a “very satisfying” predicate after the Head of the Examining Team reads the results of the examination for a dissertation entitled “Stakeholder Interaction in the Process of Disseminating Research Results and Higher Education Innovations in Indonesia”.
