Yogyakarta, 29th November 2020. The Master of Science and Doctoral Program (MD) FEB UGM held an online webinar activity via the Zoom Meeting platform with material related to Mind Power and Control for Students. In this webinar, he acted as a speaker, namely Mr. Denny Farabi. This event was attended by more than 100 masters of science and doctoral students of FEB UGM.
This activity which is routinely carried out every year always attracts the attention of students. Even though this year is quite different from the previous year due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of this online transferred activity has not reduced the swift flow of knowledge and experience transfer from Mr. Denny Farabi to MD FEB UGM Students.
For approximately 2 hours, the Speaker invites participants to understand how alpha-beta-teta is in mind, practice strengthening positive thoughts, recording negative thoughts and editing and modifying all negative thoughts with positive thoughts, training to concentrate, practising to balance the right and left brain, practice mindfulness so that you have calm in all conditions, adequate and quality sleep, and practice in implementing MPC-style learning techniques or Mind Power and Control.
