Yogyakarta – Tuesday, August 7, 2018, the Doctoral Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University held a public defense of Dwita Darmawati, a doctoral student in the Study Program of Management and a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. Dwita Darmawati officially holds the 4097th doctorate at Gadjah Mada University and the 253rd doctorate at the Faculty of Economics and Business.

Entering the second year of REPESEA cooperation project, MD FEB UGM Program, represented by Dr. Nurul Indarti, Siviløkonom, Cand. Merc., and Prof. Catur Sugiyanto, M.A., Ph.D., attended a workshop at the University of Bath, United Kingdom, as a member of the consortium.

YOGYAKARTA- Two delegations of the University of Newcastle visited MD FEB UGM to attend network meeting with the directors of MD FEB UGM and Dean of FEB UGM. University of Newcastle itself is one of the prestigious University located in New South Wales, Australia.

In celebration of Ramadhan month, MD Doctoral Student Union or commonly known as Ikatan Mahasiswa dan Alumni Program Doktor FEB UGM (IMADEBGAMA) held Iftar gathering at study room, 1^st floor MD FEB UGM Building.

YOGYAKARTA- MD FEB UGM Program held Design Thinking Workshop on Friday, May 11^th, 2018 at the Learning Room MD FEB UGM Building. The facilitators in this workshop were Fathul Wahid, M.Sc., Ph.D. and Mukhammad Andri Setiawan, M.Sc., Ph.D.

Yogyakarta- Took place in BRI Auditorium on Friday 11^th May 2018, MD FEB UGM held a general lecture with  Prof. Insukindro, MA., Ph.D. as the keynote speaker.

YOGYAKARTA, MD FEB UGM conducted two days training as an effort to promote mental well-being for the students and staffs. The training is entitled: Mind Power and Control.

YOGYAKARTA- Three MD FEB UGM students received the second place as a team in MM UGM Business Case Competition 2018 at 12th May 2018.

As a mean to boost future scientific publication of the students, MD FEB UGM invited Ferrie Jie to give a public lecture entitled: “Some strategies and Tactics to Publish International Publication.” Ferrie Jie himself is an associate professor in operation management at School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University, Australia.

YOGYAKARTA- MD FEB UGM conducted survey method workshop on MD FEB UGM Building on April 26^th and April 27^th, 2018. There were three keynote speakers in the workshop, they were: Prof. Dr.  Jogiyanto Hartono M., MBA., Ak., CMA., CA., Dr. Nurul Indarti, Sivilokonom., Cand Merc., dan Dr. Sahid Susilo Nugroho., M., Sc,.
