This week becomes a memorable time for the learners who joined the Research Performance at South East Asian (REPESEA). REPESEA Summer School 2019 held in Malaysia Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) campus Bandaraya, Melaka on 29 July to 2 August 2019 with a host of UiTM and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
This activity presents various discussions about the development of research. Sessions offered include planning and managing scientific research project, how to prepare a successful project proposal, how to write an effective literature review, publishing in academic outlets, and finding and presenting appropriate research. The facilitators from various universities program countries REPESEA in Europe, including Slovakia and Poland. Meanwhile, the participants are academics from the partner countries REPESEA in Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
As chairman of a consortium of researchers REPESEA, Prof. Anetta Čaplánová, Ph.D. stated that this event is one of the activities carried out in the 3rd year of cooperation. The focus this year is the dissemination of knowledge and results REPESEA activities. In a row, various dissemination activities will be implemented through the Final Conference in Indonesia on 4-5 September 2019 and the Winter School in Chiang Mai at the 7-11 October 2019.
Melaka, cultural city full of diversity, has strengthened the friendship among learners in REPESEA. As Melaka promising developments in her tradition, REPESEA have tied the dedicated learner to continue researching in the bonds of friendship across the nation. Xie xie Melaka, thanks REPESEA. (TN)
