Thursday, 26 October 2023, Master of Science and Doctoral Program FEB UGM Master of Science and Doctoral Program FEB UGM held a Graduation Ceremony at the BRI Auditorium, Floor. 3 MD FEB UGM Building. This event was attended by representatives of deans, administrators, supervisors and all graduates along with their parents. This event began with the submission of a report regarding statistical data for graduates by Mrs. Heni Wahyuni, S.E., M.Ec.Dev., Ph.D., as Chair of the Master of Science in Economics Program as a representative of the management. In his report she said that there were 23 master’s program graduates and 9 doctoral program graduates who officially graduated during this period. In the master’s program, the highest GPA as well as the graduate with the fastest study period is achieved by Mr. Arizal Khabibi, graduate of the Master of Science in Management Program with a GPA of 3.91 and a study period of 1 year 10 months 25 days. Then, in the doctoral program, the highest GPA and the graduate with the fastest study period is Arfah Habib Saragih, a graduate of the Doctor of Accounting program with a GPA of 3.90 and a study period of 3 years 11 months 8 days.
In this event, Mr. Boyke Rudy Purnomo, M.M., Ph.D., Secretary of the Management Department, FEB UGM, as a representative from the dean was also present to give a speech. He expressed his congratulations and pride to all the graduates who had successfully completed their studies with hard work. It is hoped that the new title will bring new enthusiasm to contribute through various roles. The knowledge and experience learned in the MD FEB UGM Program is a provision for returning to society. He advised “Keep your roots strong and tower high”, keep remembering your beloved campus and maintain your name and good relationships wherever you are.
As the representative and best graduate with a GPA of 3.91 was Arizal Khabibi. The alumni of the Master of Science in Management Program expressed their gratitude and gratitude to the deans and management of MD FEB UGM as well as all teaching lecturers and supervisors for the valuable knowledge and experience provided and the educational staff who provided good service so that the learning process was very enjoyable. Arizal also congratulated all graduates who have successfully completed their studies and are ready to contribute more to society.
At the end of the event, transcripts were distributed to the graduates. For graduates with the highest GPA, transcript submission was given by Mr. Boyke Rudy Purnomo, M.M., Ph.D., Secretary of the Management Department, FEB UGM. Furthermore, for other graduates transcripts are provided by each head of study program. Apart from that, before the event closed there was a photo session with the graduates with the leadership and administrators. The entire series of events ran well.
