Communication Forum in Master of Science Students FEB UGM which is called FORKOMSI held a 4th grand deliberation (Mubes IV) on Saturday (13/03/2021) online through the Zoom Meeting platform. This grand deliberation was started at 07.30 WIB which began with registration for participants in 30 minutes. The theme of Mubes IV FORKOMSI is “Regeneration of Leadership in FORKOMSI FEB UGM which is progressive, contributive, and happy in science for Master of Science Students FEB UGM.”

Universities participating in this conference include Universitas Gadjah Mada (Indonesia), Chiang Mai University (Thailand), Kasetsart University (Thailand), Kyoto University (Japan), and Thammasat University (Thailand).

The Master of Science and Doctoral Program of FEB UGM held a Webinar through the Zoom Meeting platform with the title “Finding the Right Size: Options and Challenges of Building Poverty Lines”. In this webinar, the speaker is Mrs. Vivi Alatas, Ph.D., the CEO of Asakreativa and the Former Chief Economist of the World Bank. The event, which is part of the Poverty Economics course, lasts for approximately one and a half hours and is attended by students of the Master of Science in Economics, FEB UGM.

The activity held online via the Zoom Meeting was attended by all new students of the Master of Science and Doctoral Program FEB UGM.

Acting as chairman of the trial this time, Mr. Eko Suwardi, M.Sc., Ph.D., as Dean of FEB UGM, also opened the session. Also present were Mr. Amin Wibowo, M.B.A., Ph.D. as the promoter, Mrs. Sari Sitalaksmi, M.Mgt., Ph.D. and Dr. C. Budi Santoso, M.Bus. as co-promoter. On Wednesday, January 20th, 2021, 25 Master of Science Students and 1 Doctoral Student of FEB UGM have participated in the graduation procession held online. Even though it is still in a pandemic nuance, it does not reduce the graduates’ enthusiasm to follow every procession through the Zoom platform.
