The Master of Science and Doctoral Programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM) held their April 2026 Graduation Ceremony in a warm atmosphere filled with gratitude and pride. The event, held in the BRI Auditorium, 3rd Floor, MD Building, FEB UGM, served as a special occasion to recognize the achievements of the graduates who have completed their academic journey with dedication and commitment during their studies at FEB UGM.
A total of 25 Master of Science graduates and 5 Doctoral graduates were officially released at the event.The series of activities began at 12.00 WIB with remarks from Suyanto, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D. as the representative of the Dean of FEB UGM who conveyed his congratulations and hopes that the graduates can continue to develop their scientific capacity and contribute significantly in the academic and professional fields. The graduation report was then delivered by Widya Paramita, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. as Head of the Master of Science and Doctor of Management Study Programs. In his report, he expressed his appreciation for the perseverance and hard work of the graduates throughout the learning and research process leading up to graduation.
On the same occasion, the graduates’ academic achievements were also presented, including the highest GPAs in each study program. For the Master of Science Program, the highest GPA was achieved by Afnei Ngan Billy Tumba (M.Sc. in Management) with a GPA of 3.88, followed by Yongky Teguh Setiaji (M.Sc. in Accounting) with a GPA of 3.81, and Wida Reza Hardiyanti (M.Sc. in Economics) with a GPA of 3.68. Meanwhile, in the Doctoral Program, the highest achievements and cumlaude were achieved by Nia Pramita Sari (Doctor of Accounting) with a GPA of 3.85 and Roy Hendrawan (Doctor of Management) with a GPA of 3.81. Additionally, awards were given to the youngest graduates, Tarysha Aulya Putri Rany from the Master of Science Program at 24 years old, and Nia Pramita Sari from the Doctoral Program at 37 years old.
Graduate representatives also shared their impressions and messages reflecting their academic journeys at MD FEB UGM. Speeches were delivered by Nia Pramita Sari and Roy Hendrawan, representing the Doctoral Program graduates, and Yongky Teguh Setiaji, representing the Master of Science Program graduates. In their remarks, the graduate representatives expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the support, guidance, and mentoring provided by the lecturers, program managers, and educational staff throughout their studies.
As part of the series of activities, the graduates received their transcripts, which were handed over directly by their respective study program heads. The event concluded with a warm and collaborative group photo session, symbolizing the conclusion of their academic journey and the beginning of new steps for the graduates to continue working and contributing to society, the nation, and the world of science.
