Yogyakarta-Wednesday, April 24, 2019, the Master of Science and Doctorate Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MD FEB UGM) officially graduates 33 master students. Although it was only attended by 31 graduates students, the graduation ceremony was held at the BRI Auditorium, 3rd floor (three), the FEB UGM Master of Science and Doctorate building. The graduation ceremony period of the April 2019 was attended by Kusdhianto Setiawan, Sivilekonom., Ph.D. as Deputy Dean of Finance, Assets and Human Resources, Prof. Jogiyanto HM, MBA., Ph.D as Coordinator and Chair of the Accounting Study Program, Prof. Drs. Catur Sugiyanto, MA, Ph.D as Chair of the Economics Study Program, and Rr. Tur Nastiti, Ph.D as Manager of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation.
The graduation program starts at 12.00 with the submission of graduation reports by Prof. Jogiyanto HM, MBA., Ph.D. In this period, there were 10 graduates from Accounting Study Program, 4 people from Economics Study Program, 17 people from Management Study Program. In the graduation report, the highest GPA was stated by Rahmat Eka Putra from the Management Study Program with a GPA of 3.78. The highest GPA for Economics Study Program was achieved by Satya Tamyawan with a GPA of 3.69. Furthermore, the highest GPA for Accounting study program was achieved by Ratna Dewi Kusumawati with a GPA of 3.74. The average graduation GPA for this period is 3.56, with an average study period of 28 months. The percentage of female graduates is 61% and as many as 39% are male. The graduation report stated that the youngest graduate was Indri Setya Wti at the age of 24. In the release of the graduates, the MD FEB UGM program has officially graduated 3354 students with a Master of Science degree, with details of Accounting study programs as many as 1444, Economics Study programs as many as 690, and Management study programs as many as 1220.
The event was continued with a speech delivered by Kusdhianto Setiawan, Sivilekonom., Ph.D. and messages and impressions from graduates, represented by Nuraini Desty Nurmasari. In his message and impression, Nuraini did not forget to express his gratitude to parents, lecturers, all staff and managers. Then the event was closed with the submission of transcripts to each of the graduates students, as well as a group photo.
