The conference is organized to discuss the state of art and policy implications related to the measurement of quality and impact of research. You are invited to participate with full paper, or with/without a presentation. The conference is to be of interest to researchers in the field, academics, university management and administrators, policy makers and civil servants active in the area of assessment of quality and impact of research or in the field of higher education.
